[MSEA] Happy National Day, Singapore!

So what's on that we can look out for in MapleSEA?
(Nuuuu blogger erased my entire post so I have to rewrite everything! T.T)

1. Singapore's 46th National Day 1.5X EXP and drop rate event!
1.5X EXP: 1500 to 1530, 1600 to 1630, 2030 to 2100, 2130 to 2200
1.5X Drop rate: 1430 to 1500, 1530 to 1600, 2000 to 2030, 2100 to 2130

Why not 2X though? Is 2X reserved for reimbursement of rollbacks and unexpected downtime? Just last week there were 2 rollbacks, and 1 not too long before. It was pretty tragic, for those who lost items / meso and had their levels decrease. The server is still rather unstable right now, so do take note!

2. Independence Day event from 1st August to 2nd September! (Repeatable every 6 hours)
Only characters with a minimum level of 20 can take part.
Meet NPC Joyce at the Event map (Event map can be accessed via the Mirror or Dimension Versatile Portal at each town) and she will present you with a quiz of 5 questions related to which country you choose!

The answer is 16 1/2 years old!

Answer them all correctly (don't worry you get to keep retrying if you get them wrong) and stand to win various prizes, including a random SG or MY in-game equipment including Eye Mask, Sunglass, and Independence Weapon. The best being the Sunglass though, I must say.

I kept trying on 6 different character and they kept getting random weapons that are not for their class which was starting to bug me off and 1 of the character had to get the SG Flag Sunglass 4 consecutive times, with a total of 5 now. What are the odds?! Sadly, this is my friend's character, none of the rest of my characters got it.

Well, don't give up, there's still quite a while before this quest is over!

3. Sales of I ♥ SG/MY tops in Cash shop

These cute tops  and  go for 3,000 each. Non-permanent though, I wouldn't mind buying if it was permanent!

The rest of the National Day events are not in-game ("MapleSEA Independence Day Celebration 2011" Forum Event) or require cash (Independence Day Shout-Out 2011 GM Event). Click if you want to read up on them! On a side note, there hasn't been a creative Megaphoned wish for Singapore so far. I'm tempted to join so I can stand a chance to win.....

On another note, there's Temporary Blocking of Aran, Dual Blade, and Evan Characters Creation after 17th August with the inception of Lion King Von Leon patch! In preparation for Chaos patch coming into MapleSEA, for they get new skills etc.
